Hatha Yoga Perfect for beginners, or those with less mobility, Hatha Yoga is about creating balance - between strength & flexibility, effort & ease, and between body, mind & soul. Hatha provides a slower paced form of yoga where asanas are held for a few breaths, which allows us to explore each posture and connect with our breath. The class will also include pranayama (breath work) & relaxation. Suitable for all ages, levels of experience (including complete beginners) and mobility.
Hatha Flow Hatha Flow includes fluid movements and static holds of poses in order to ensure the correct alignment and safety of the body. Focusing on the age old traditions of Hatha yoga this class will incorporate movement, breath work and meditation to relax and challenge the body and mind. The class is fun and there is always space for playing, trying something new and laughter. Although not as cardiovascular as other forms of yoga, you will be leaving the class warmer, leaner, looser and more relaxed!
Slow Flow Beginners Yoga A slower paced Vinyasa Yoga, where we flow through the asanas, connecting movement to breath, but at a slower pace with more time to explore each one, learn alignment, have fun and connect to our bodies. This class is wonderful for beginners or those looking for a slower paced class to help them build towards a flowing Vinyasa Yoga practice.. You will build strength, balance and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and cultivating a feeling of well-being.
