We are very excited to offer Yoga for Pregnancy at The Yoga Barn. The class will begin in January, running as a course of six classes at a time. A maximum of 9 clients per class to ensure personal attention throughout your practise.
Classes will be taught by a qualified pre-natal Yoga Teacher, and are designed for the changing body and mind of the pregnant mother.. The classes provide a gentle yoga, allowing the body to stretch and release safely. We provide a welcoming & nurturing environment where you will meet other expectant mothers, and get to connect with yourself & your unborn baby.
