- Monday 6.15pm Gentle Flow Beginners Yoga with Sarah Gentle & Slower flowing yoga, perfect for beginners, those with injuries & less mobility. Offering fundamental postures, more instruction and alignment
Monday 7.30pm Power Flow Yoga with Sarah A strong, powerful yoga flow to build strength & power in your practise.
Tuesday 7pm Flow & Restore with Zuzana - no class throughout August Flowing vinyasa yoga practice, followed by restorative release, for all levels
Wednesday 9.45am Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah Fun & flowing vinyasa yoga practice, for all levels
Wednesday 6.30pm Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah Slower flowing yoga, perfect for all levels, with more instruction and alignment as well as some challenges
Thursday 7.30pm Vinyasa Yoga with Georgie Fun & flowing vinyasa yoga practice, wonderful for all levels
Friday 9.45am Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah Fun & flowing vinyasa yoga practice, wonderful for all levels
Friday 12 noon Pilates with Trevor Challenging & Fun Mat Pilates

Sunday 10-11.30amSelf Care Sunday's with Sarah Indulging in Self Care with tea, Vinyasa & Restorative yoga, meditation & relaxation All classes can be booked & paid for online in advance using our Mind Body Booking system. Alternatively you can contact Sarah to book & pay by cash on arrival.
£12 per class pay as you go £100 for a course of 10 classes - can be used at any time for any class & do not have to be used consecutively - NB. The course is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. £18 for Immersion Classes (90 minute class)
Power Flow Yoga A strong & powerful flowing yoga to build strength & power in your practise. Most suitable for those with some experience who wish to increase their strength, and challenge themselves with this dynamic class.
Gentle Flow Yoga Offering the perfect class for complete beginners, those wanting to start with a nurturing & gentle yoga flow. This is ideal for those looking for a slower & softer class, as well as those with injuries, limited mobility.
Slow Flow Yoga A slower paced Vinyasa Yoga, where we flow through the asanas, connecting movement to breath, but at a slower pace with more time to explore each one, learn alignment & muscle engagement, have fun and connect to our bodies. This class is wonderful for beginners to yoga, those wanting more instruction or those looking for a slightly slower paced class.. You will build strength, balance and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and cultivating a feeling of well-being.
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga provides a more dynamic form of yoga, flowing through the poses, linking your movement to breath and creating fluidity within your practice. Improving balance, strength and flexibility within your body, whilst calming the mind and cultivating a feeling of peace & well-being.
Hatha Flow Hatha Flow includes fluid movements and static holds of poses in order to ensure the correct alignment and safety of the body. Focusing on the age old traditions of Hatha yoga this class will incorporate movement, breath work and meditation to relax and challenge the body and mind. The class is fun and there is always space for playing, trying something new and laughter. Although not as cardiovascular as other forms of yoga, you will be leaving the class warmer, leaner, looser and more relaxed!
Flow & Restore Yoga A perfect combination of flowing Vinyasa Yoga which provides a more dynamic form of yoga, flowing through the poses, linking your movement to breath and creating fluidity within your practice. followed by the restorative yoga poses helping to release the body, whilst calming the mind and cultivating a feeling of peace & well-being.
