Our Monthly Yin Yoga Immersion Class Yin Yoga works to release into the muscles, ligaments, fascia and joints of body to help improve the flow of chi (energy) in the body. Using floor based poses, we work to the edge of our flexibility using the aid of props to provide support so we can fully surrender into the poses. This practise creates a wonderful balance to our vinyasa yoga practise, and our busy lives. Finding stillness within our bodies and our minds.

Chakra Flow Immersion Class Monthly Sunday Class
Join us for the opportunity to explore & learn more about the Chakra System and how Yoga works with this system to balance each Chakra (energy centre) and improve the flow of Prana (Life Force) in the body. We will explore one Chakra in per class, learning about the Chakra then working through an energetic flow to create balance & energy flow, followed by some restorative practice, mediation and relaxation.
