Monthly Sunday Morning Class
Take a little time out for yourself & join us for our Monthly Self Care Sunday session.
Offering a delicious opportunity to slow down, breathe and relax into a gentle flowing Yoga practice, followed by soothing Restorative Yoga with props. We also take time to explore Meditation, Breathwork and Deep Relaxation, as well as Tea & chill time with likeminded people in our tranquil studio.

Our monthly Friday evening reset provides 90 minutes of deep release & relaxation, for both the body, and the mind.
Does your body ache, feel tight & tense, is your mind always racing...then this is the practice for you. Join us in the studio or online from the comfort of your own home. This combination of Yin & Restorative Yoga will leave you feeling rested, relaxed & restored.
Yin yoga is a slow, almost static practice but it is incredibly powerful with numerous benefits. Yin offers you the chance to slow down, go within & sit with your thoughts whilst deeply stretching the deep connective tissues, joints & ligaments.
It targets the meridian lines of the body (as in Chinese Medicine) to create greater flow of Qi (lifeforce energy) to the vital organs, and throughout the body. We use props such as bolsters & blocks to support the body into the poses, allowing the deep release.
Restorative yoga is deeply relaxing to the nervous system, using long held floor based poses whilst fully supporting the body to completely relax with blankets, bolsters, straps & blocks.
A truly nurturing practice to totally relax, release & restore the mind & body.
