Thursday 1.30pm Baby Yoga & Massage Course
Course Booked on Termly Basis - starting soon! 
I am delighted to offer a 6-week course in the beautiful Yoga Barn Studio. We will start the first 3 weeks with a gentle introduction to some baby yoga moves and then we will introduce 3 weeks of relaxing baby massage.

• jojo Yoga Tiny Baby is suitable for 8 weeks old babies (for babies and natural births, Mums who have had a c-section may want to wait longer as some moves involve a little pressure on the abdominal muscles, or have a Drs sign off to start exercising).
• jojo Massage Tiny Baby this wonderful 3-week course gives both you and your little one the time to slow down and to learn the full body sequence of baby massage. This couldn't all be done in just one session with (at times) an unpredictable baby! 

My classes are baby led, meaning if you have to feed, change or just have a jig around to settle them, then all that is absolutely fine, they’re in charge hey!
