Offering fundamental postures, more instruction and modifications, still within a flowing yoga practice.
Wednesday 6.30-7.45pm Flow & Release Yoga with SARAH

Flow & Release blends two styles of yoga into one beautiful practice!
Vinyasa Yoga is a more dynamic, flowing and warming practice. It develops muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. Whilst Yin is more internal, passive & cooling practice. Yin Yoga is a slow practice where poses are passively held, working on releasing the deep connective tissues and joints in the body.

Evening Class Courses are bookable termly - approx 6 or 7 weekly course:
Classes charged at £12 per hour class / £15 per 75 min class
No refunds or alternatives can be given for a missed class.
Daytime Classes are bookable weekly - pay as you go or purchase a block:
Classes charged at £14 Drop-in or
Block of 5 Classes for £65 (£13 per class) valid for 3 months
Block of 10 classes for £120 (£12 per class) valid for 6 months
Cancellations are available up until 8 hours before the class, after that time you will be charged.

Cancellations are available up until 24 hours before the class, after that time you will be charged.

Gentle Flow
Offering the perfect class for complete beginners, and those wanting a nurturing & gentle yoga flow. This is ideal for those looking for a slower & softer class with lots of instruction, as well as those with injuries or limited mobility.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow includes fluid movements and static holds of poses in order to ensure the correct alignment and safety of the body. Focusing on the age old traditions of Hatha yoga this class will incorporate movement, breath work and meditation to relax and challenge the body and mind. The class is fun and there is always space for playing, trying something new and laughter. Although not as cardiovascular as other forms of yoga, you will be leaving the class warmer, leaner, looser and more relaxed!
