Sarah
Sarah has had a passion for dance & movement since she was a young child. Training in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary & Tap in her youth and practising Yoga since her early twenties. After years of her grown up life working within the corporate world but always maintaining regular exercise and her sanity with yoga and fitness, she rediscovered her passion for dance & yoga, becoming a Zumba instructor, Personal Trainer and Barre instructor..
She finally fulfilled her lifelong ambition of training as a Yoga Teacher, by taking her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Having the opportunity to open her own Yoga Studio was a wish fulfilled, as she gets to live and breath yoga in all aspects every day. Sarah's passion & appreciation of Yoga, especially Vinyasa flow is palpable throughout her classes.
Her love of all exercise genres and many years of experience teaching to all members of the community means her classes are always welcoming, accessible to all levels, with some fun challenges.
Georgie
Georgie came to yoga due to an ongoing knee condition and came to really love the practice as an antidote to a stressful and demanding role within the fashion industry. Not particularly sporty as a teenager Georgie found yoga to be the perfect way to challenge and soothe her body and in turn noted the mental as well as physical benefits. After a period of umming and ahhing Georgie completed her 200hr training with Sally Parkes, left her office life, went travelling and is now focused on passing her love of yoga onto others. Her classes are welcoming, playful, challenging but relaxing and all about evolving your body and your mind. Georgie is passionate about making yoga as accessible and inclusive as possible, ensuring that the yoga mat should be the place in your day when only you and your personal experience matters.
