Hi I'm Beccy, a qualified Menopause Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. My circles are a delicious blend of freeing movement, stillness and rest, meditative contemplation, journaling and sharing.
The Menopause affects every part of you—body, mind and emotions. We’ll be exploring how Flowing and Restorative Yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, breathwork, lifestyle and sisterhood can help you feel whole again. My aim is to help you create a toolkit of practices that you can call upon to balance your hormones, soothe your mind, and strengthen your body. This journey is not just about managing symptoms — it's about stepping into your next chapter with grace, resilience, and self-compassion.
This special women’s circle is open to women experiencing perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause. We will be a small group in a relaxed, welcoming setting; a safe place to share our experiences, our worries, ask questions or to simply just sit and listen, absorbing the support of kindred spirits. Sarah (founder of The Yoga Barn) will also be joining us to welcome, support and join you in the session.
Suitable for experienced yogis and complete beginners - no yoga or meditation experience needed.
